Cold Tap
A cold tap is the right answer more often than people assume. Most Singapore basins outside the master bathroom never get a hot feed, and a single cold tap is cheaper, simpler, and has fewer parts to fail.
The choice comes down to height and mounting. A tall tap suits a countertop basin, a standard one suits a drop in or undermount basin, and a two way tap adds a second outlet for a bidet spray or a water filter. We carry cold taps from G.Ferretti, Aalto, Nobel and Vera Ceramica in chrome, matt black, gunmetal and gold. If the basin does have a hot feed, the mixer taps give you one lever for both, and for a service yard or washing machine point the wall and bib taps are the ones built for it. What is the difference between a cold tap and a pillar tap?
They are the same thing under two names: a single tap fed by one water line, mounted through the tap hole in the basin. Both terms turn up in the range.
