I did not once felt pressured to buy nor did they tried upselling me. It felt like they were truly there for my purchasing experience. It was really refreshing. The post customer service was also surperb. They were really knowledgeable, patience, and answered all my queries even after I left the store. The post sale coordination was so smooth and easy. They handled everything which was nice. I didn't really had to do much which I loved. Will definitely come back for my future home needs.

Bought a toilet bowl with the tornado flush...price is reasonable..service was awesome and their sales team really took their time to accommodate and explain to us in choosing the best fixture for our home. A double thumbs up to Homus Singapore.

He was patient and understanding, and there was no hard selling even though we made multiple trips before deciding to buy from him. Prices at Homus is also really one of the cheapest compared to many other retailers! I recommend everyone to come take a look at their shop if you are looking for bathroom fittings, line8 or electric fan!

Ben who served me was patient in helping me find a tap which aesthetically matched my current theme and measured each tap to make sure it will be able to fit.
