Why something on our showroom floor is not on the website
Three ordinary reasons:
- The range is catalogue-order, so there was never a product page to publish.
- The line is new to the floor and has not been photographed or written up yet.
- The model is a variant of a listed item, and the variant never got a page of its own.
None of that stops you buying it. It only stops you finding it with a search box.
What sourcing on request actually means
You give us the brand and the model. We check whether we can get it, what it costs and how long it takes, then we tell you. Sometimes the answer is yes and simple. Sometimes it is yes with a wait. Occasionally it is no.
We would rather give you a clear no than a vague maybe. Same principle as what we do when a fixture arrives damaged. We will always be there, including for the awkward parts.
What to send us so we can check quickly
- The brand and the model number. The model number does most of the work.
- A photo or the spec sheet. A screenshot of wherever you saw it is fine.
- The room it is for, and roughly when you need it.
- Anything it has to fit: cabinet cut-out, hob width, existing pipe position.
