The residential areas in Tengah will be divided into 5 districts, each with a unique character. The districts are Plantation District, Garden District, Park District, Brickland District, and Forest Hill District.

Forest and nature themes will feature strongly in the planning and design of the districts, as part of our plans to weave nature into homes.
